deBoudoir, LLC Terms & Conditions:
Payment acknowledges all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed due to the nature and sensitivity of lingerie. deBoudoir, LLC under no circumstance will offer exchanges, replacements or refunds after the sale is final.
Photo shoots scheduled at a lingerie party, a onetime qualifying lingerie purchase of $99 is required to waive the $199 sitting fee. If the qualifying lingerie purchase is not made and a photo shoot is scheduled the $199 fee will apply. All shoots must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the party where the qualifying purchase is made. Canceling or rescheduling a photo shoot outside of the 30 day window, will require another $99qualifying lingerie purchase. Scheduled photo shoots must be cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours, otherwise a $50.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file or an invoice will be mailed for immediate payment.
deBoudoir accepts personal or business checks for makeup, hair, photo shoot and photography purchase deposits; final payments for purchases are required to be made with cash or credit card. Any returned check will result in an additional $50.00 inconvenience fee.
Hair and/or makeup done by deBoudoir, LLC will be a separate charge in the amount of $40 for hair, $50 for makeup or $90 for both. The standard 55 minutes photo shoot includes up to four outfit changes. Additional outfits and/or shoot time, will be charged $99 per additional 30 minutes of photography time. All deBoudoir, LLC customers are required to sign a model release form allowing permission to use photographs in our media. The option is given to keep all images private and will NOT be used. A deposit of $99 is required at the time of the shoot. This deposit is not a sitting fee and will go towards any photography purchases. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Small books start at $349, large books start at $499 and contain 22 images for the base price. Additional images can be added up to 100 at an additional fee per image. Edits are also charged an additional fee. Hostess discounts are offered on the base pricing only. Separate prints start at $99. Hostess lingerie credits will be given once parties and/or shoots scheduled at the party have been completed as long as its within 30 days of the party. Pricing on all photography is subject to change without notice.

The model release form that is signed at the time of a photo shoot is in addition to this agreement.

Media/Model Release:
I am commissioning deBoudoir, llc to photograph me. I understand that the photographs will remain the property of deBoudoir, llc of other companies owned by deBoudoir, llc and/or Melissa Lazar for an unspecified period of time, at which time they may or may not be deleted from the picture inventory.
Additionally, I understand that some, all or none of the photographs taken during my session may be published to the websites owned by deBoudoir, llc for promotions of deBoudoir, llc and other companies owned or affiliated with deBoudoir, llc. I have read and understood the above statements and grant permission to deBoudoir to publish some, all, portions of, or none of the resulting photographs taken by deBoudoir, llc without financial remuneration.
I understand that this document releases deBoudoir, llc, Melissa Lazar and any employees of said company(ies) from any future claims by my on behalf of me or any other claim resulting in an exchange of compensation, as well as from any and all liability, arising from the use of any photograph taken of me and used by deBoudoir, llc in any advertising media.
I may request in writing to deBoudoir, llc that I do not want my images to be viewable on the deBoudoir, llc website for promotional purposes. I agree I must provide this request within 20 days of my photo shoot. If images have already been posted to the website, I will ask that they be removed within 20 days of the first appearance of them on the website.
It is our goal at deBoudoir to provide you with the best photography experience possible. If you do not want your images used for promotional purposes, please let us know in writing within 20 days of your shoot. We are not attempting to embarrass anyone or provide uncomfortable situations. Please communicate with us your position on your photographs being used in our media advertising.
