The 2009 Calendar of Love was created in an attempt to raise public awareness and up to $40,000 for Colorado division of The Women's Crisis & Family Outreach Center. My 32-page black and white calendar features local, school aged children. The calendar was featured on Channel 7 Saturday morning news with Melissa Lazar. A very nervous Melissa, appeared in person to discuss the calendar.Melissa Lazar of The Whole Part Photography, llc was nominated by peers and chosen as one of ten "Most Influential Women" to watch in 2009.
